Dori Gonzalez-Acevedo

Dori Gonzalez-Acevedo has over 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in regulatory compliance strategy and computer systems validation. She started her pharmaceutical career developing FDA-approved manufacturing processes. She later established risk-based quality system for operations quality groups in biotechnology firms.

Dori’s focus has been on risk-based strategy and compliance since she started consulting at Genilogix, continuing through to her role as Director of Quality Systems for Healthcare and Life Sciences at Avnet / Tech Data. Most recently, as the VP of Strategic Solutions at Tx3 Services, Dori expanded Tx3’s services with a focus on increasing technology adoption and advancing client understanding of compliance, automation, testing, and digital validation.

An early stage investor and entrepreneurial technology and business executive with focus on innovation of technology products and business models, building and running next generation solutions. Skilled at technology service/product design to improve business outcomes, multi-cloud, revenue management, strategic partnerships, innovative routes to market and profit generation for small and very large organizations. Vertical enterprise experience in tech, life sciences, hyperscale and fintech.

As former, Founder and CEO of Seamless Technologies (acquired by Avnet 2013) and Global VP of Cloud Solutions at Avnet, Kevin designed and built a successful business of products and services to enable hybrid cloud computing and sold them into 50+ countries.

Staci Spencer, Vice President of Quality at ProcellaRX, has over a decade of experience in the Life Sciences industry, specializing in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Validation. She excels in establishing and revitalizing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and advancing compliance frameworks. Her expertise includes sterile injectables and ADCs. Passionate about risk strategy and operational compliance, Staci has contributed to startups by streamlining processes and ensuring high-quality production. She holds certifications as a Quality Management System Lead Auditor and in Regulatory Affairs. Based in Sacramento, California, Staci’s leadership will help uphold the integrity and reliability that ProcellaRX is known for.

Grace Shaw

Grace is an SME in Life Sciences with 15+ years at pharma manufacturing and biologics companies within their IT Departments. Since the launch of ProcellaRX as a Strategic Advisory firm and SaaS Application Management service provider, Grace now leads the development and implementation of comprehensive compliance strategies and solutions on a global scale. This role is critical in ensuring that the company’s operations, products, and services adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. She guides and mentors cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to foster a culture of compliance and drive strategic initiatives that align with the company’s mission and growth objectives.

Grace leverages her SME background in SDLC and CSV to guide technical partners ensuring that all collaborative projects meet compliance requirements, fostering stronger and more reliable partnerships. This in turn is critical to maintain trust with PRX customers, demonstrating our commitment to quality and regulatory adherence. Grace’s insights and leadership in compliance help align the company’s growth objectives with regulatory requirements which is pivotal to enhancing PRX reputation, reducing risks, and driving strategic growth.
